Finding Your Phone Model Number
Android Phone(Samsung Galaxy, LG, Motorola etc)
  1. Click the Menu button and select System Settings
  2. Scroll down through the list toward the bottom
  3. Tap About Phone
  4. Locate your model name and number in the list
Nokia Lumia
  1. Go to Settings
  2. Tap About
  3. Your model name and number will be displayed in the Phone Information sectopm
HTC, LG and older Nokia phones
  1. Remove the back cover
  2. Remove the battery
  3. Your model number will be printed on the inside of the phone, usually on a white label
Nokia
  1. Type in *#0000# on your phone's keypad. The display shows your phone's model.

Returns & Exchanges

Phone Remedies offers fast shipping and easy 
returns and exchanges.

We offer 30 day returns and exchanges on all parts, including Screens, 
Digitizer Screens and LCDs in their original condition.




 

  • All parts to be exchanged must be received in unused and unopened condition. Used products will be returned at the customer's expense.
  • There is no restocking fee for exchanges.
  • Film must not have been removed from the front of the glass.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

How to make an exchange:

1.  Place an order for the part you need.

2.  Send us an email to let us know that you have placed a new order and receive instructions on sending us back the original order.

3. You will receive a refund when we receive the original order back to us.  Refunds generally take 14 business days upon receipt of order. Your bank may take an additional 2-10 days for a credit to be applied.

 

Please use the same email address you used to place your order to ensure a speedy exchange.

Include the following information with your returned order to support@phoneremedies.com:
  • Your name and your original order number.
*Items received without this information will be returned at the customer's expense.


Returns:
PhoneRemedies.com is dedicated to bringing you, our customer, the latest technology in high quality phone replacement parts and accessories. We want you to be happy with your order. The return policy, as described below, is to ensure that customer satisfaction is made on every purchase.

Screens,Digitizer Screens, LCD Screens: Screen and Digitizers are accepted within 30 days of the order date in brand new and unopened condition.

  •  All returned parts must be received in unused and unopened condition. Used products will be returned at the customer's expense. Inspection involves verification of original and unused condition of all items - packaging, labels, documents, attached cables, protective film still intact and covering screens, and no attempted installation. All kit components must be returned including tools and adhesives. Understand these items will be returned to inventory and must satisfy our next customer.
  • If a return fails inspection for new condition (i.e. a torn cable, cracks, scratches, used adhesive, etc.) a refund may be denied and or additional charges may apply.
  • Merchandise which is not ours or not accepted in RMA will be recycled after 7 Days
  • The refund will be for the purchase price of the product (shipping charges will not be refunded). If you received your order with free shipping, then the free shipping charges will be voided.
  • Kitted orders must be returned in their entirety; we cannot accept partial returns on orders.  Kitted items include glass screens, LCD screens, batteries etc. with tool kits and adhesive. Tool kits must not have been opened.  Missing or damaged items are assessed at their individual list price.  Opened tool kits are assessed at $9.95.
  • Film must not have been removed or pulled away from the front of the glass.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
  • Returns carry a 20% restocking fee.
  • Returns must be received into our warehouse within 30 days of the day you placed your order.

What is the timeline for my refund?

For the vast majority of orders, it takes about 14 business days to receive your package at the fulfillment center, inspect your return, process it into inventory, and complete your refund. If the refund is being issued to a credit card, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 Business Days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. Please contact us at Support@PhoneRemedies.com if you have not received your refund. (please check both your inbox and spam folder for email replies from us). Please be aware that some RMA’s can take longer due to Backlogs and shipping errors.



Damaged Items or shipping errors:
When you receive the package containing your repair part, please inspect your parcel carefully. If you receive a damaged item, incorrect, missing item or the order is lost in transit, notify us immediately within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. Do not discard any of the box, shipping label, packing material, or broken items. After you have received a damaged item, please send a picture of the part and the packaging to support@phoneremedies.com (please check your inbox and spam folder for email replies from us) so we can start a claim immediately. Please include the following pictures:
  • Front of the part
  • Back of the part
  • Outside of the box/packaging
If an order has been damaged, a replacement part will be shipped.  A refund will not be processed.
 


Warranty:
All glass screens, digitizer screens and LCDs are covered under a PhoneRemedies warranty. All warranty claims are subject to inspections and do not include warranties for wear and tear.

LCD Coverage: All LCDs are tested before shipment but are covered under a DOA (dead on arrival) warranty. In order to qualify for a warranty replacement, the following policy is outlined below..
  • Defective LCDs must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
  • Film must not have been removed or partially from the front of the screen (or removed and re-applied)
  • LCD must not have been installed
  • The customer has tested the LCD prior to installation (attached the cables to ensure a working part before installation is attempted).
  • All warranty claims must have a Warranty Authorization Number. Any orders returned to us without a warranty claim number will be voided and the product returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
  • Warranty Claims will not be processed after installation.
  • Returns are not accepted after installation. 
  • You will receive a time frame to return the LCD. The LCD must be returned wihtin that timeline for a warranty exchange.
  • If parts is defective, a same item exchange will be processed. Orders will not be refunded for their order.
Glass Screen Coverage: All screens are quality controlled and hand inspected before shipment, and carry a 1 year warranty.

Screen Digitizer Coverage: All screens are quality controlled and hand inspected before shipment, and carry a 90 day warranty.
  • Digitizer screens must be tested by attaching the cable before any installation has been attempted
  • Defective Digitizer screens must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
  • Film must not have been removed or partially removed from the front of the screen (or removed and re-applied)
  • Warranty Claims will not be processed after installation.
  • Returns are not accepted after installation.

Dispute Resolution Policy:
PhoneRemedies agrees to use reasonable efforts and reasonable methods to resolve any disputes or discrepancies that arise regarding you and PhoneRemedies. As part of the dispute resolution process, you also acknowledge and agree that you as the Authorized User or the Cardholder will not initiate any chargeback or claim procedure with our Merchant Bank or your creditor without first obtaining a special claim confirmation number from us to verify that you contacted us and provided us with the opportunity to resolve the claim or dispute, even if we were ultimately unable to provide a resolution.
